Constituent means any State resident or other person
Constituent means a party to a plan of merger, including the survivor.

  • If FORTE fails to fund AGENCY’s account in an amount corresponding to a Constituent’s payment, AGENCY’s sole recourse shall be to FORTE, not the Constituent.
