County reserves the right to refuse the Consortium Staff or Project Staff member access to County Site(s) or facilities where, in its sole discretion, the County determines that access should be refused or terminated for reasons of public health, welfare, and safety or to avoid disruptions to County operations.
Member Institutions of the Consortium shall coordinate with Consortium Staff on behalf of the Executive Board prior to issuing any publications about the work of the Consortium (e.g. presentations, publications, press releases, website policy).
