Examples of Consortium Applicant in a sentence

  • The cover letter must provide a summary description of the Applicant, including the members of any Consortium Applicant, and of the USF Service Provider proposed by the Applicant.

  • The Proposal is submitted by an Applicant (or any company or other Person identified in the Proposal as a member or participant in a Consortium Applicant) that has registered with USFCo and purchased an official copy of the RFA in accordance with the Notice of Request for Applications document issued by USFCo.

Related to Consortium Applicant

  • Co-Applicant means an employer or potential employer.

  • Project applicant means the person submitting a Landscape Documentation Package required under Section 2.1 to request a permit, plan check, or design review from the local agency. A project applicant may be the property owner or his or her designee.

  • Job applicant means a person, independent contractor, or person working for an independent contractor who applies to become an employee of the school district in a position that does not require a commercial driver’s license, and includes a person who has received a job offer made contingent on the person’s passing drug or alcohol testing.   • Non-Participating Durable Medical Equipment Provider means a Durable Medical Equipment Provider who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Construction Manager means a competent person responsible for the management of the physical construction processes and the coordination, administration and management of resources on a construction site;

  • Contractor means the individual or entity, that has entered into this contract with the Commonwealth.

  • Qualified medical provider means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.

  • Institutional pharmacy means the physical portion of an institutional facility that is engaged in the compounding, dispensing, and distribution of drugs, devices, and other materials, hereinafter referred to as ‘drugs’, used in the diagnosis and treatment of injury, illness, and disease and which is permitted by the State Board of Pharmacy.

  • Odyssey means Odyssey Trust Company.

  • Payment Infrastructure Provider means a payments clearance system or other third party which forms part of a payment system infrastructure, including without limitation communications, clearing or payment systems and intermediary banks or correspondent banks who are not agents of the Service Provider;

  • Applicant shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 5.10.

  • Procurement Agent means the district representative duly authorized to enter into and administer Contracts and make written determinations with respect to this solicitation or his/ her designee.
