Consolidated Secured Debt definition

Consolidated Secured Debt means, as at any date of determination, the Consolidated Total Indebtedness of the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries that is secured by Liens on assets or property of Holdings, the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries as of such date.
Consolidated Secured Debt at any date, the sum of the aggregate principal amount of all Consolidated Total Debt that is secured by a Lien on any asset of the Borrower or its Subsidiaries.
Consolidated Secured Debt means, as to any Person at any date of determination, the aggregate principal amount of Consolidated Total Debt outstanding on such date that is secured by a Lien on any asset or property of such Person or its Restricted Subsidiaries.
