Consolidated Revenue definition

Consolidated Revenue means for any period the total revenues of the Company and its Subsidiaries, determined in accordance with GAAP.

Consolidated Revenue means, as of any date of determination, the total revenue of the Company and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis for the period of the four fiscal quarters most recently ended on or prior to such date, determined in accordance with GAAP.
