Consolidated Mortgage definition

Consolidated Mortgage shall have the meaning ascribed thereto within the definition of “Mortgage”.
Consolidated Mortgage means that certain Amended, Restated and Consolidated Mortgage, Assignment of Leases and Security Agreement, dated as of March 3, 2017, by Lessor and Lessee in favor of Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders, as amended and restated by that certain Second Amended, Restated and Consolidated Mortgage, Assignment of Leases and Security Agreement, dated as of the Execution Date and effective as of the Restatement Date, by Lessee in favor of Lessor.
Consolidated Mortgage. The Consolidated Mortgage secures the Consolidated Note and is a single lien upon the Property. I have no right of set-off or counterclaim or defense to the obligations of the Consolidated Note or the Consolidated Mortgage.

  • Distressed Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that at the date of determination is Delinquent in payment for a period of 90 days or more without giving effect to any grace period permitted by the related Mortgage Note or for which the applicable Servicer or the Trustee has accepted a deed in lieu of foreclosure.

  • Consolidated Assets means all assets which should be listed on the consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, as determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.
