Consolidated Income Tax Return definition

Consolidated Income Tax Return is any income Tax Return filed with respect to any consolidated, combined, affiliated or unified group provided for under Section 1501 of the Code and the Treasury regulations under Section 1502 of the Code, or any comparable provisions of state or local law, other than any income Tax Return that includes only TPC.
Consolidated Income Tax Return shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 6.1(b)(x) hereof.
Consolidated Income Tax Return. OR "COMBINED INCOME TAX RETURN" means any Tax Return relating to Income Tax which is computed by reference to the assets and activities of members of the ICN Group (other than members of the RIBAPHARM Group) and the RIBAPHARM Group.
