Permit (a) the Cash Balance of Holdings and its Subsidiaries, calculated on the last day of each Fiscal Month, to be less than $[DOLLAR AMOUNT REDACTED] or (b) the ratio of Cash Balance of Holdings and its Subsidiaries to Consolidated Fixed Charges, calculated as of the last day of each Fiscal Month, to be less than [COMMERCIALLY SENSITIVE INFORMATION REDACTED].
As used herein, "four (4) consecutive fiscal quarters" shall include fiscal quarters of the Guarantors ending on or prior to August 29, 1993, and as to such quarters, Borrower's Consolidated Net Earnings and Consolidated Fixed Charges shall be deemed to be amounts determined by consolidating the Consolidated Net Earnings and Consolidated Fixed Charges of each of the Guarantors for such quarters.
