Consolidated Financial Statement definition

Consolidated Financial Statement means the financial statement of an international group in which the assets, liabilities, income, expenses and cash flows of the parent entity and the constituent entities are presented as those of a single economic entity;
Consolidated Financial Statement means a consolidated financial institution group's consolidated reports of condition and income filed with the federal financial institutions examination council, or successor agency.
Consolidated Financial Statement means the audited consolidated balance sheet of Holdings for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2004 and the related audited consolidated statements of income, retained earnings, stockholders' equity and changes in financial position, together with the related notes and schedules thereto, accompanied by the reports of accountants.

Consolidated Financial Statement generally means for this purpose a statement made on the basis of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), international financial reporting standards (IFRS), or other comparable method of accounting and which is provided to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission), to shareholders or creditors, or to other governmental agencies for non-tax purposes.
