CONSOLIDATED ADJUSTED CURRENT ASSETS definition

CONSOLIDATED ADJUSTED CURRENT ASSETS means, in relation to any Person and its Subsidiaries as at any date, all amounts (other than cash and Cash Equivalents) which would, in conformity with GAAP, be set forth opposite the caption "total current assets" (or any like caption) on a consolidated balance sheet of such Person and its Subsidiaries as at such date.
CONSOLIDATED ADJUSTED CURRENT ASSETS means, at any date, the Consolidated Current Assets (excluding cash and cash equivalents) of the Parent and its Consolidated Subsidiaries determined as of such date.
CONSOLIDATED ADJUSTED CURRENT ASSETS means, at any date, the sum of (a) cash and Cash Equivalents of the Borrowers and their Subsidiaries that are not encumbered by any Liens, (b) fifty percent (50%) of the value of the Borrowers and their Subsidiaries auction rate securities valued at par, and (c) 50% of the Borrowers and their Subsidiaries’ Eligible Accounts Receivable.

CONSOLIDATED ADJUSTED CURRENT ASSETS means, as at any date of determination, the current assets of Borrower and its Subsidiaries, determined on a consolidated basis in conformity with GAAP, adjusted to exclude (i) cash, (ii) Cash Equivalents, and (iii) any non-cash step-ups in the stated value of inventories resulting from the Stock Acquisition, the Chateau St. Xxxx Acquisition, or the Stag's Leap Acquisition.

CONSOLIDATED ADJUSTED CURRENT ASSETS means, as of any date of determination, the sum of cash, cash equivalents, Permitted Investments having a term of less than one year, and net accounts receivable (including unbilled accounts receivable in an amount not exceeding $5,000,000) of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis, as determined in accordance with GAAP.
