Consideration Ratio definition

Consideration Ratio means as defined in Section 3.5.
Consideration Ratio means one Preferred Share for the Special Option Number of Units or such other ratio that results from the application of CLAUSE 4.1 or CLAUSE 4.2.
Consideration Ratio has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6.
