CONSERVATION WORKS definition

CONSERVATION WORKS means facilities constructed or works undertaken solely for the purpose of preserving and/or enhancing the natural environment.
CONSERVATION WORKS means the works approved in the Development Consent in relation to the Heritage Item and detailed in the approved Conservation Plans and Reports and summarised in the document Xxxxxxxxx Xxxx, 0-00 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, XXX - Schedule of Works, prepared by Tropman and Tropman Architects, dated April 2017 at Annexure D. Costs include costs, charges and expenses including those incurred in connection with advisors. Development Consent means the development consent granted to DA17/0467 by Xxxxxxxxxx Shire Council dated 13 December 2019, as amended from time to time. Expert means a duly qualified expert in heritage buildings appointed by the President of the Australian Institute of Architects. General Register of Deeds means the land registry so entitled and maintained under the Conveyancing Xxx 0000 (NSW).
CONSERVATION WORKS means the activities, if any, that the Covenantor is required to undertake under this document, the Conservation Agreement or the EMP.
