Consenting Term Lenders definition

Consenting Term Lenders means each Term Loan Lender that is party to the Plan Support Agreement.
Consenting Term Lenders means the Term Lenders that are party to the RSA.

Consenting Term Lenders means the holders of, or nominees, investment managers, advisors, or subadvisors to funds and/or accounts that hold, or trustees of trusts that hold outstanding Term Loan Claims that have executed and delivered counterpart signature pages to the Restructuring Support Agreement, a Joinder, or a Transfer Agreement, as applicable, to counsel to the Debtor.
Consenting Term Lenders means the Prepetition Term Lenders that are party to the Restructuring Support Agreement as of the Effective Date.
Consenting Term Lenders means the Term Lenders that are party to the RSA together with their respective successors and permitted assigns and any subsequent Term Lenders that become party to the RSA in accordance with the terms of the RSA.
