Consent Decrees definition

Consent Decrees means the EPA Consent Decree and the Hiring Practices Consent Decree.

Consent Decrees means collectively, the (i) consent decree between FG and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection with respect to a solid waste disposal impoundment known as “Little Blue Run” which consent decree was entered into on December 14, 2012; (ii) the consent adjudication between FG and the Sierra Club and Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection with respect to a solid waste disposal site known as “Hatfield’s Ferry” which was entered into on September 11, 2017; (iii) consent order and agreement between FG and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection with respect to on-going groundwater abatement at the Mansfield Plant which was entered into on November 23, 2010; (iv) consent order and agreement between FG and the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection with respect to the air emissions and certain emission limits from the Mansfield Plant which was entered into on September 21, 2017; and (v) any other consent decree entered into by the Debtors.

Consent Decrees means the Consent Decrees and Final Judgments entered in each of the Signatory States pursuant to XIII (b) of the MSA.

Examples of Consent Decrees in a sentence

• The Attorneys General of the Settling States (through NAAG) shall monitor potential conflicting interpretations by courts of different States of this Agreement and the Consent Decrees.

• Consistent with the foregoing, each Settling State and each Participating Manufacturer agrees that it will not directly or indirectly assist or encourage any challenge to this Agreement or any Consent Decree by any other person, and will support the integrity and enforcement of the terms of this Agreement and the Consent Decrees.

• VEPCO shall include provisions in any Title V permit application(s) submitted in accordance with Paragraph 105 ("Consent Decree Requirements To Be Proposed for Inclusion in Title V Permits") that comply with this Consent Decree's NOx VEPCO System Declining Tonnage Cap (Section IV, Paragraph 60), the VEPCO System-Wide Annual Average Emission Rate for NOx (Section IV, Paragraph 61), and the Annual Surrender of SO2 Allowances from the VEPCO System (Section VI, Paragraphs 71).

Consent Decrees has the meaning specified in the Preliminary Statement.

Consent Decrees means each of the Consent Decrees, dated as of May 21, 2010 and December 20, 2005, entered into by the Company with the United States Department of Justice in connection with the Company’s acquisition of Kerasotes Showplace Theatres, LLC in March 2010 and of LCE Holdings, Inc. in January 2006.

Consent Decrees means all consent decrees and similar orders to which Seller or any Company is a party, including those set forth on Exhibit K. “[REDACTED]” has the meaning set forth in Section 5.07(e).

Consent Decrees means, collectively, the Air Permit Consent Decree, the Fly Ash Consent Decree and the Water Consent Decree.
