Consent Authority definition

Consent Authority means in relation to a parcel the relevant municipal council or local government council;
Consent Authority means, in relation to a Development Application, the Authority having the function to determine the Development Application. Construction Certificate has the same meaning as in the Act.
Consent Authority means, in relation to an application for any Approval, the Authority having the function to determine the application for the Approval.
