Twelve-Month Period means a twelve-month period ending on the first anniversary of the Effective Date or on each subsequent anniversary thereof.
Weeks Pay' means the ordinary time rate of pay for the employee concerned:
Week means seven consecutive days.
Days means calendar days unless otherwise specified.
Period shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Schedule 8;
Calendar means discrete temporal reference system that provides the basis for defining temporal position to a resolution of one day;
Working Days means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England and Wales; and
Teaching days means days on which classes were engaged. Examination days are not to be included)
Day/Days means calendar days, inclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Month means a calendar month.
Calendar Week means any period of seven days starting with the same day as the first day of the First Assignment;
months shall be construed in accordance with Clause 1.3;
Work Days means judicial days (or a day when the court is open).
12-Month Period means a rolling 12-month period measured backward from the date leave is taken and continuous with each additional leave day taken.
Forecast Period means the period of three calendar months for which a Forecast is provided;
A week means seven days without regard to the number of hours worked in any day in that week.
Calendar Quarter means the respective periods of three (3) consecutive calendar months ending on March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31.
Year means a calendar year.
Project Period means the period es- tablished in the award document dur- ing which Federal sponsorship begins and ends.
Core Hours means the period beginning at 8am and ending at 6.30pm on any day from Monday to Friday except Good Friday, Christmas Day or bank holidays;
Baseline Period means the period used to determine the baseline emission rate for each regulated pollutant under OAR 340 division 222.
Hours means clock hours.
Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.
Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).
Fiscal Quarters means the period from January 1 to March 31, April 1 to June 30, July 1 to September 30 and October 1 to December 31 of the applicable year.
End means the relevant Compounded Index value on the day falling the Relevant Number of Index Days prior to the Interest Payment Date for such Interest Period, or such other date on which the relevant payment of interest falls due (but which by its definition or the operation of the relevant provisions is excluded from such Interest Period);
