Connection Notice definition

Connection Notice. As defined in Section 3.3(b).

Connection Notice has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).

Connection Notice means a written notice from Level 3 that the Service ordered has been installed by Level 3 pursuant to the Customer Order, and has been tested and is functioning properly.

• The information from the ICP will be provided at the following stages: • Point of Connection Notice – when the ICP commences investigating a Point of Connection; • Point of Connection Issue – when the ICP issues a quotation to a Customer; and • Point of Connection Acceptance – when the Customer accepts the quotation issued by the ICP.

• Lumen will deliver a written or electronic notice that the Service is installed (a "Connection Notice"), at which time billing will commence.

More Definitions of Connection Notice

Connection Notice means the formal notice of a Service being ready for Customer use and the beginning of the Service Commencement Date.

Connection Notice means written notice from AOL that the Transit Service ordered by a TW Company has been installed by AOL pursuant to the applicable Transit Service Order.

Connection Notice shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 7.A.

Connection Notice means an Additional Connection Notice, an Optional Connection Notice and an Extended Connection Notice, or any of the same.
