Connection Equipment definition

Connection Equipment means that part of the Company’s Equipment which has been provided and installed by the Company for the purposes of providing a connection at the Connection Point;
Connection Equipment means any Electrical Plant and/or Electric Line which is provided and installed at the Connection Point for the purposes of providing a connection between the Company’s Distribution System and the User’s System, as specified in the relevant Bilateral Connection Agreement and (where appropriate) illustrated on the diagram annexed thereto.
Connection Equipment means all electric lines, materials, structures, equipment, plant, cables and apparatus necessary for the supply of electricity to or from the Connection Point, which forms part of the Distribution System.

  • Any such Consent shall be granted on such terms and conditions as are reasonably acceptable to the Company, including a condition that the Company shall not be required to move or alter the Company’s Connection Equipment to facilitate further developments by the Customer.

More Definitions of Connection Equipment

Connection Equipment means Electric Lines and Electrical Plant provided or adopted by the DNO;
Connection Equipment means the Transmission Connection Equipment and/or theDistribution Connection Equipment;

Connection Equipment means all equipment and piping necessary to connect the Customer Cooling System to the heat exchanger assembly included in the Energy Transfer Station, as more fully described in the IOM Specifications.
Connection Equipment means that part of the Distributor’s Equipment situated on the relevant Premises, which has been provided and installed by the Distributor for the purposesof providing a Connection at the Connection Point(s) for the relevant Premises;
Connection Equipment means collectively all cables, conduits, ducts, electrical cable, meters, transformers, connecting hardware and all other ancillary or related attachments, fixtures and equipment necessary for the connection of the Solar Generation Equipment to the electrical grid and and/or power lines owned or operated by the LDC, and any replacements of or additions or alterations to any of the foregoing from time to time.
