Connection Assets definition

Connection Assets means that portion of the distribution system used to connect a customer to the existing main distribution system, and consists of the assets between the point of connection on a distributor’s main distribution system and the ownership demarcation point with that customer;

Connection Assets means those assets, including the Company’s Connection Equipment, that are operated and maintained by the Company, and which are provided for the sole use of Connecting the User’s System to the Company’s Distribution System.

Connection Assets has the meaning given to it in the Distribution System Code.
