Connected Load definition

Connected Load. - means the customer’s total load connected to the Company’s system.
Connected Load means the sum of the capacities or ratings of the electric energy consuming apparatus connected or to be connected to EDTI’s electric distribution system;
Connected Load means the sum of the capacities or ratings of the electric energy consuming apparatus connected to a supplying system;

Examples of Connected Load in a sentence

  • The billing demand in respect of consumer with Contract Demand of less than 110 KVA should be the highest demand recorded in the meter during the Financial Year irrespective of the Connected Load, which shall require no verification.

  • Applicant will have to pay applicable demand charges as per the Total Connected Load Only.

  • The Connected Load for the purpose of billing will be taken as the maximum load connected during the billing period.

  • To enable EDTI to provide the requested service, applicants for service shall supply information regarding the location of the premises to be served, the Customer’s Connected Load and preferred supply conditions and the manner in which the Service Connection will be utilized, credit information or reference and any other information that may be required by EDTI.

  • However, when the Utility determines the Customer's Meter will record little or no energy use for extended periods of time or when the Customer's Meter has not recorded a Maximum Demand in the preceding eleven (11) months, the Facilities Related Component of the Demand Charge may be established at fifty percent (50%) of the Customer's Connected Load.


More Definitions of Connected Load

Connected Load means in relation to a Site, the sum of the capacities or ratings of the Energy consuming apparatus connected to EPC’s Electric Distribution System at the Site;
