Conflicting Agreements definition

Conflicting Agreements. Both parties represent and warrant to each other that they are not a party to or bound by any agreement, contract or understanding, whether for employment or otherwise, that would restrict or prohibit them from undertaking or performing their obligations under this Agreement. During the term of this Agreement, neither party will not enter into any agreement, contract or understanding that would restrict or prohibit the other from undertaking or performing their obligations under this Agreement.
