Confirmed Delivery Date definition

Confirmed Delivery Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(b) of this Agreement.
Confirmed Delivery Date means the date for Delivery of a quantity of the Product as set forth in the relevant Acknowledgement or such other date as may be mutually agreed by the Parties in writing pursuant to Clause 5.5.
Confirmed Delivery Date has the meaning in Clause 5.3.
