Configuration Change definition

Configuration Change means any change to the configuration of the supported Computer Equipment or Software.

  • If after completion of initial interoperability, Customer plans to make upgrades, updates and/or enhancements (collectively “Configuration Changes”), Customer will notify Provider prior to implementing a Configuration Change so that Customer and Provider may work together in good faith to determine how best to proceed regarding such Configuration Change.

Related to Configuration Change

  • Configuration means State-specific changes made to the Software without Source Code or structural data model changes occurring.
