Confidentiality Statement definition

Confidentiality Statement means a written statement dated and signed by an applicable individual which certifies the individual’s agreement to abide by the privacy and security policy of a state or local public health agency, as well as this Act.
Confidentiality Statement means the confidentiality statement signed by each one of the Interested Parties to have access to the VDR in line with paragraph 3.2 below.

  • Customer Confidential Information means any information or compilation of information, not generally known, which is provided to the Employer by its customers or potential customers, is proprietary to the customer or potential customer and relates to the customer’s or potential customer’s existing or reasonably foreseeable business.
