Examples of Confidentiality Period in a sentence
During the Confidentiality Period, Recipient shall not use any Confidential Information except as expressly authorized in this Agreement.
The Recipient acknowledges that the Department may make such public announcement or communication as it may in its sole discretion decide provided that such public announcement or communication does not disclose specific details of the Final Report until after the expiry of the Confidentiality Period.
The obligations accruing prior to termination as set forth herein, shall survive termination of this Agreement for the duration of the Confidentiality Period.
If at any time during the Confidentiality Period I want to disclose to prospective employers, whether in writing or by oral presentation, any information associated with the Project, including portions of the Results, I will submit a draft of my proposed disclosure to Company’s designated representative for review at least 30 days prior to the intended disclosure.
Subject to clause 11.1(b) of this Agreement, the Department agrees to keep confidential, and not to use or disclose other than as permitted by this Agreement, any Confidential Information during the Confidentiality Period.
