Conducting business activities definition

Conducting business activities means without limitation, using the living unit address as a mailing address for business-related activities and functions, and hosting websites. Licensee additionally agrees not to permit the Licensed Space to be used for illegal purpose or to engage in illegal acts in the Licensed Space, the adjacent common areas, or upon the grounds of the residential community. Licensee may not transfer or assign Licensed Space to another person.
