Conditions of Funding definition

Conditions of Funding means as defined in clause 4.3;
Conditions of Funding has the meaning given in recital part 1 clause 2.
Conditions of Funding means the Conditions of Funding (Grant) as set out in the agreement between (1) the CE of Skills Funding and (2) the Corporation;
