Conditions Efficacy Date definition

Conditions Efficacy Date means the date upon which the first Relevant Agreement comes or came into effect in respect of the Station;
Conditions Efficacy Date means the date set out in paragraph 21 of Annex 8;
Conditions Efficacy Date means the date upon which these Depot Access Conditions first became effective being the earlier of the Relevant Date and the date upon which the first Relevant Agreement comes into effect in respect of the Depot;

  • Specific Conditions means the conditions in addition or in variation to the general conditions which the Commission may lay down specifically for a distribution licensee;

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;
