Concurrent Users definition

Concurrent Users means the number of users registered in the Software who are able to use the Software functionalities at the same time.
Concurrent Users means the total number of the Customer’s Authorised Users or computer devices that are specified in a relevant Order as being authorised by Us to use or access the Software at any one time;
Concurrent Users means the number of Authorized Users that are simultaneously logged in to the Software at any single point in time.

  • To the extent that the Organization amalgamates, consolidates or undergoes any corporate reorganization or transition (a “Reorganization”), and the resulting entity (whether or not the Organization is the resulting or continuing entity) requires additional Licenses to add additional Concurrent Users or sites, Xxxxxx shall be entitled to receive, and the Organization shall pay, additional fees based on the then prevailing Annual Subscription Fees schedule in effect.


More Definitions of Concurrent Users

Concurrent Users has the meaning as set out in section 3.7.
Concurrent Users means the maximum number of people able to access the Product at any one time, and is limited to the number of Licences purchased. ISO Standards means Standards published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), for which SAI Global is an authorised distributor. IEC Standards means Standards published by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), for which SAI Global is an authorised distributor. Internal use means use of the Product within the Licensee’s organization. Licence means the right to access and use the Product. Licensee means the purchaser and user of the Product. Product means Australian Standards, ISO Standards and IEC Standards ordered and purchased through the infostore, and downloaded as electronic PDF files.
Concurrent Users means the total number of Users running or accessing the Software at any one time;
Concurrent Users means all log-ons into the Software at any one time, as specified per Site in Schedule B.
Concurrent Users mean individuals who are accessing the same copy of Server Software at the same time.
