Concession Space means Temporary Terminal Space leased to Concessionaires.

Concession Space means the concession counter/queuing area and associated office space, if applicable, as generally depicted on the “Terminal Space Plan”, attached hereto as Exhibit A, located within the TERMINAL BUILDING and dedicated ready/return parking spaces as generally depicted on the attached Exhibit B. The parking shall only include those spaces designated on Exhibit B, the location of which may be modified by CORPORATION at any time in its sole discretion. Any other parking spaces desired by CONCESSIONAIRE shall be leased separately with CORPORATION or County under a separate contract.

The Manager may add or subtract square footage of up to 10% of the Concession Space (without a corresponding adjustment to the MAG) with the prior written consent of the Concessionaire.
