Concession Facilities definition

Concession Facilities means all Area lands assigned to the Concessioner under this Contract and all real property improvements assigned to the Concessioner under this Contract. The United States retains title and ownership to all Concession Facilities.
Concession Facilities means all areas of the Stadium and the Plaza where concession services take place.
Concession Facilities means capital improvements provided by the Concessioner at the Concessioners’ expense for the purposes of a concession contract. It does not include any rights to a permanent interest in the land.

More Definitions of Concession Facilities

Concession Facilities. The facilities located in the areas depicted in Exhibit A of this Agreement and explicitly marked as “Concession Facilities,” which Exhibit is attached and made a part of this Agreement, and including specifically, the dining room and associated bar (“Dining Room”), outdoor deck, separate banquet and meeting rooms(i.e. Fireside, Mesa, Full Banquet, referred to collectively as the “Banquet Areas”), wedding ceremony garden, and the kitchen and associated cold and dry storage areas (“Kitchen Area”).
Concession Facilities means all areas of the Stadium or on the Plaza where Concession Services take place.
Concession Facilities. ' means all concession stands and booths, beer gardens, concession storage and dressing rooms, loading docks and facilities, gift shops and concession offices which are presently located in the Baseball Facility or may hereafter be constructed, relocated or expanded within the Baseball Facility.

Related to Concession Facilities

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.
