Conceptual Plan definition

Conceptual Plan means and include all of the following:
Conceptual Plan means a plan showing all the proposed improvements including but not limited to, streets, lots, drainage ways, other public infrastructure, etc. as set forth in Section 21-19.
Conceptual Plan means the plan of finance for the financing of the Community Subprojects and Developer Subprojects contained on Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

More Definitions of Conceptual Plan

Conceptual Plan means the layout and development scheme contemplated for the Property, attached as Exhibit B, and as may be modified per the terms of this Agreement.
Conceptual Plan means a map and summary of the proposed Project, indicating the lands to be included, a brief description, a timeline, and any other information Applicant deems necessary to provide the Town with a general overview of the proposed Project.
Conceptual Plan means the preliminary drawings, site plan and/or elevations for the Project attached as Exhibit B hereto, as may be revised from time to time in accordance with Section 2.
Conceptual Plan means the conceptual plan for the Project, which is attached to this Agreement at Exhibit C.

Conceptual Plan shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 6.1. “Condemnation” shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 16.1.
Conceptual Plan means the Conceptual Plan approved by the City Council, for an area inclusive of the Building Site, through the enactment on August 28, 2000 of General Ordinance No. 3-2000, pursuant to Section 43-41 of the Zoning Ordinance pertaining to the Planned Development or Redevelopment ("PDR") zoning district classification. If the City Council hereafter approves any modification of the provisions of the Conceptual Plan pertaining to the Building Site, then, from and after the date of such approval the term "Conceptual Plan" shall be deemed to mean the original Conceptual Plan, as so modified. "Construction Agreements" means the construction agreements or contracts, together with all amendments, modifications and supplements thereof, for the construction of the Private Improvements, Garage and other construction under this Agreement, including, without limitation, general agreements or contracts and agreements or contracts for project management, construction management, architectural services, and subcontracts.
