Concept Plans means the plans respectively described as — • a site plan (drawing number A001) • a ground floor plan (drawing number A020) • a first floor plan (drawing number A021) copies of which have been signed by the parties for the purpose of identification;
Concept Plans are the design plans, submitted by Developer and approved by District as of the Effective Date herein, which serve the purpose of establishing the major direction of the design of the Project.
Concept Plans means the concept plans for the Facility set out in Annexure B. Facility means a joint use indoor sports facility comprising 4 sports courts and associated amenities and a café and a car park to be constructed as part of the School on the School Land. It will include the School Facilities and the Council Facilities.

Concept Plans means, for purposes of the Proposal, the Base Scope 1 Cconcept plans.
Concept Plans means the plans submitted by the Developer on April 28, 2006, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit “B”. Council means the party described as “Council” in this Lease and where the context permits includes the employees, contractors, agents and other invitees of the Council. Council’s Equipment means any fixtures and fittings, plant, equipment, Services, chattels and other goods installed or situated in or on the Leased Premises by the Council and made available for use by the Lessee. Council’s Existing Improvements means all built form and improvements (including the exterior and interior of all buildings) and all other conveniences, Services, amenities and appurtenances of, in or to the Council’s Existing Improvements forming part of the Leased Premises as at the Commencement Date. CPI means the consumer price index number published by the Australian Bureau of Statistics for All Groups (Adelaide) or the number which replaces it under clause 4.2.
Concept Plans means the plans set out in Annexure 2; Corporations Act means the Corporations Xxx 0000 (Cth); Default Rate means 2% above the published Bank SA Variable Business Loan Rate; Defect Rectification Process means the process for rectification of defects in building work to be conducted by the Builder under each of the Building Contracts; Development Act means the Development Xxx 0000 (SA); Development Plan Consent means Development Plan Consent under the provisions of the Development Act; Development Plan Consent Plans means the plans and specifications to be prepared by the Builder under clause 5.1.1;
Concept Plans are the design plans that serve the purpose of establishing the major direction of the design of the Improvements, which are attached as Exhibit H.
Concept Plans for the components of the Project are attached hereto as Exhibit C-3. Subject to any modifications to the Concept Plans made during the PUD process, or during any permit review process, or any modifications reasonably proposed by Developer, Developer’s obligations under this Agreement shall be discharged in general conformity with the Concept Plans, which shall be approved by the City.
Concept Plans means conceptual drawings and design plans for each Project Segment that define the scope and uses to be developed and constructed on a Private Development Parcel, prepared in accordance with the Master Plan.
