Concept Design definition

Concept Design shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.
Concept Design means the stage of design as defined in the Scope of Services and Deliverables particularly stated for this stage within this document. This represents Key Stage A of the Project.
Concept Design means, for a Development, a conceptual design and master plan for the Developments which shall consist of preliminary drawings, renderings, narratives, programs and other documents including site plans, in-park and out-of-park circulation plans, massing plans and sections, elevations, thematic statements for the overall park along with each realm and individual rides and attractions contained therein, full color renderings depicting the look and feel of the overall park and realms within each park, illustrations and sketches of major rides and attractions, programmatic documentation detailing the size and capacity of the parks and all elements therein, preliminary capital and operating cost estimates including labor and utility costs; and may include some combination of study models, perspective sketches or digital modeling.

Examples of Concept Design in a sentence

  • The Design-Builder will be required to work with the Department and Project stakeholders through a collaborative design process to develop a Concept Design for the Project in accordance with the available budget.

  • The Design-Builder shall prepare a Schematic Design that is a logical development of the approved Concept Design and is consistent with the Department’s schedule, budget which includes both soft and hard costs and programmatic requirements.

  • The requirements for the Concept Design are as referenced in Attachment A.

  • A checklist verifying all requirements are met using Attachment A shall be provided as a coversheet for the Concept Design submission to the Department.

  • The Concept Design documents prepared by the Architect/Engineer (“A/E”) to date are included as Attachment A - Concept Design Drawings.


More Definitions of Concept Design

Concept Design means the concept design for the Works (other than the Tolling Works) set out in Parts K3 to K5 and K19 of the PSR. Concession Enhancement Payment Deed means the agreement entitled “Concession Enhancement Payment Deed” to be entered into between Project Co, the Company and Clepco in the form contained on the USB as physically attached at Schedule 1 to the CityLink Option Deed, as amended in accordance with the CityLink Option Deed.

Concept Design means the concept design for the AL Works and the NB Works in Part 2 of Annexure 1 of the Performance Specification.
Concept Design means the Phase of design as defined in the Scope of Services and Deliverables particularly stated for this Phase within this document. This represents Key Phase A of the Project as identified in Section G.
Concept Design means the Artist’s proposed design created pursuant to this Agreement for a work of art for display in a public place in accordance with the Artist’s Brief;
Concept Design means the detailed concept design agreed by the parties shown in the drawings at Annexure A, and the specifications and related documents contained and/or referred to in this agreement. Contamination and contaminate have the same meaning as in section 5 of the Contaminated Land Management Xxx 0000 (NSW).
Concept Design means the plan to be submitted by the Strategic Partner in accordance with the requirements and timelines stated in Part A of Schedule A and shall include, but not be limited to, details such as basic floorplan design, choice of technology, bio security measures to be adopted.
