Concentration Accounts definition

Concentration Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.
Concentration Accounts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7(a).
Concentration Accounts means an Eligible Account that, individually, or when aggregated with all other outstanding Accounts of the same Account debtor and such Account debtor's Affiliates, constitute more than ten percent (10%) of the net outstanding balance of all Eligible Accounts of the Customer then outstanding for all Account debtors.

Examples of Concentration Accounts in a sentence

  • Deposits made to ZBAs are also automatically transferred to the Concentration Account(s).

  • Company authorizes Bank to transfer funds between ZBAs and Concentration Account(s) to maintain the designated target Collected Balance(s) as requested by Company through the System or otherwise in writing.

  • Bank, not Client, will have direct access to funds in Concentration Accounts.

  • You may issue Items drawn on a Subsidiary Account in excess of the balance in such Account, provided, however, that the aggregate amount of all such Items and other authorized debits to all of the Subsidiary Account(s) and Concentration Account(s) do not exceed the available balance in the Concentration Account(s).

  • You acknowledge that deposits to the Concentration Account(s) and/or Subsidiary Account(s) may not be made available to you until the funds in the deposit are collected, whether or not such funds are transferred to another deposit account as part of the Service.


More Definitions of Concentration Accounts

Concentration Accounts means collectively, the Bank of America Concentration Account and any concentration account established by the Canadian Borrower at Bank of America-Canada Branch, together with any and all other concentration accounts opened by any of the Credit Parties and consented to, in writing, by the Agent.

Concentration Accounts means, collectively, the deposit accounts of Borrowers identified on Schedule 8.10 of the Information Certificate as the concentration accounts and such other accounts as may be established after the date hereof in accordance with the terms hereof used to receive funds from the Cash Management Accounts; sometimes being referred to herein individually as a “Concentration Account”.

Concentration Accounts means, collectively, the Canadian Concentration Account and the Domestic Concentration Account.
