The Contractor acknowledges that Con ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is required to take such action against the Contractor with respect to the contract as may be directed by the Federal Government as a means of enforcing the terms and conditions of the Equal Opportunity clause, including the imposition of sanctions for noncompliance, and the Contractor agrees that any such action by Con ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall not result in any liability of Con Edison to the Contractor.
