Work specified by the Contract to be performed after regular hours or on Saturdays, Sundays or legal holidays and Work performed at such times as a result of conditions in a permit or because of local regulations or to adhere to or regain the rate of progress required by Con Edison shall be performed without additional expense to Con Edison.
Contractor agrees that its entry into the Contract has not been induced either wholly or in part by any promises, representations or statements on behalf of Con Edison other than those set forth in the Contract, and that any failure of Contractor to examine the Work site, Contract documents or all other available information shall be at its own risk.
