Computer Simulation means a method to establish an energy model that uses software to simulate energy consumption by End-User Equipment and can be tested against statistical requirements Published by the Scheme Administrator for the purposes of clause 7A of this Rule.

Computer Simulation means a mathematical program or model that, when provided with a set of assumptions and parameters, will formulate a conclusion in numeric, graphic, or some other form. A computer simulation may be used as substantive evidence or as a basis for opinion testimony of an expert in accordance with Rule 5-703.

  • Computer software means computer programs, source code, source code listings, object code listings, design details, algorithms, processes, flow charts, formulae, and related material that would enable the software to be reproduced, recreated, or recompiled. Computer software does not include computer databases or computer software documentation.
