Examples of Computer Sciences GS in a sentence

  • After the Effective Time, this Agreement may not be terminated, modified or amended except by an agreement in writing signed by CSC and Computer Sciences GS.

  • All Liabilities retained, assumed, or indemnified against by Computer Sciences GS pursuant to this Agreement, and all Liabilities retained, assumed, or indemnified against by CSC pursuant to this Agreement, shall in each case be subject to the indemnification provisions of the Master Separation and Distribution Agreement.

  • The Parties acknowledge that the CSC Group or the Computer Sciences GS Group may provide administrative services for certain of the other Party’s benefit programs for a transitional period under the terms of the Transition Services Agreement.

  • Effective no later than the Effective Time, CSC shall transfer sponsorship and administration of the Transferred Pension Plans to Computer Sciences GS.

  • After the Effective Time, (i) CSC shall be responsible for providing any necessary WARN notice (and meeting any similar state Law notice requirements) with respect to any termination of employment of any CSC Group Employee and (ii) Computer Sciences GS shall be responsible for providing any necessary WARN notice (and meeting any similar state Law notice requirements) with respect to any termination of employment of any Computer Sciences GS Group Employee.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the Master Separation and Distribution Agreement or any other contractual agreement or arrangement, no participant in any Computer Sciences GS Benefit Plan shall receive benefits that duplicate benefits provided by the corresponding CSC Benefit Plan or arrangement.

  • As an owner of Eagle Alliance, Computer Sciences GS shall be responsible for any and all Liabilities (including Liability for funding) and other obligations with respect to the Eagle Alliance Retiree Medical Plan following the Effective Time.

  • Under the Bank's Letter of Offer, the Bank agreed to make available financial accommodation to the Customer on the terms and conditions set out in the Letter of Offer.

  • Computer services means providing services consisting of specifying computer hardware configurations and evaluating technical processing characteristics, computer programming, and training of computer programmers and operators, provided in conjunction with and to support the sale, lease, or operation of taxable computer equipment or systems.

  • Computer network means the interconnection of hardwire or wireless communication lines with a computer through remote terminals, or a complex consisting of 2 or more interconnected computers.

  • Alternative energy technology means equipment, component parts, materials, electronic devices, testing equipment, and related systems that are specifically designed, specifically fabricated, and used primarily for 1 or more of the following:

  • Information Technologies means all information processing and communications-related hardware, Software, supplies, and consumable items that the Supplier is required to supply and install under the Contract.

  • Computer Virus means any computer instruction, information, data or programme that destroys, damages, degrades or adversely affects the performance of a computer resource or attaches itself to another computer resource and operates when a programme, data or instruction is executed or some other event takes place in that computer resource;

  • Information Technology Systems means all information technology systems, Software, computers, workstations, databases, routers, hubs, switches, networks and other information technology equipment used or held for use in, or otherwise relating to, the Business.

  • Computer software means computer programs, source code, source code listings, object code listings, design details, algorithms, processes, flow charts, formulae, and related material that would enable the software to be reproduced, recreated, or recompiled. Computer software does not include computer databases or computer software documentation.

  • Computer Systems means computers and associated input and output devices, data storage devices, networking equipment, and back up facilities:

  • Commercial computer software means software developed or regularly used for non-governmental purposes which—

  • small and medium-sized enterprises or ‘SMEs’ means micro, small and medium-sized enterprises as defined in Article 2 of the Annex to Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC;

  • Business Systems means all Software, computer hardware (whether general or special purpose), electronic data processing, information, record keeping, communications, telecommunications, networks, interfaces, platforms, servers, peripherals, and computer systems, including any outsourced systems and processes, that are owned or used or held for use in the conduct of the Company Business.

  • Restricted computer software means computer software developed at private expense and that is a trade secret, is commercial or financial and confidential or privileged, or is copyrighted computer software, including minor modifications of the computer software.

  • Technology Systems means the electronic data processing, information, record keeping, communications, telecommunications, hardware, third party software, networks, peripherals and computer systems, including any outsourced systems and processes, and Intellectual Property used by either party and its Subsidiaries or by a third party.

  • Solutions means Products and Services provided under this “CPE Products & Services; Professional Services” Section.

  • Company Systems means all Software (including Company Products), computer hardware (whether general or special purpose), information technology, electronic data processing, information, record keeping, communications, telecommunications, networks, interfaces, platforms, servers, peripherals, and computer systems (including any outsourced systems and processes) that are owned, leased, licensed or used by or for, or otherwise relied on by, the Company or its Subsidiaries in the conduct of their businesses.

  • Brands means the Sprint PCS Brands and the Sprint Brands.

  • Noncommercial computer software means software that does not qualify as commercial computer software under paragraph (a)(1) of this clause.
