Computer Product means a device which is designed for or permits the end user to install a wide variety of commercially available software applications thereon including, but not limited to, personal computers, handheld “Personal Digital Assistants,” and the like and further includes a subsystem of such a device, such as a graphics card.

Computer Product means any desktop, laptop, netbook, notebook, workstation or server computer; provided, however, that no Non-PC Product shall be a Computer Product. For clarity, any product that includes a screen with a diagonal size of seven (7) inches or greater (i) shall not automatically be considered a Computer Product and (ii) shall not be considered a Computer Product unless it meets this definition.

Computer Product means one or more Personal Computers that include one or more x86 Intel Microprocessors or x86 AMD Microprocessors.

• Licensed Products that are not an internal peripheral or software component of a Computer Product shall ensure that Legacy Digital Audio Outputs IEC-958, IEC-60958, and IEC-61937 shall include SCMS information corresponding to “Copy-never”.

• AMD has challenged as illegal certain alleged Intel pricing practices by which a Discount was provided to an end user purchaser of any Computer Product containing an Intel Microprocessor that when combined with any other Discount provided by Intel with respect to the Intel Microprocessor included in the purchased Computer Product, results in an effective Intel Microprocessor price below the appropriate measure of variable cost (“Accused End-User Discount”).

• As used above, "iTip Portion" shall mean that portion of sales revenue for the bundled product multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the manufactured suggested retail price of the iTip Product contained in such bundled product, and the denominator of which shall be the manufactured suggested retail price of the iTip Product portion of the bundled product plus the manufactured suggested retail price of the Computer Product contained in such bundled product.
