Computer Medium definition

Computer Medium means a computer or other electronic medium generated by or on behalf of Seller and delivered or transmitted to Buyer and Custodian which provides information relating to the Purchased Assets, including the identity of the related servicer with respect to each Loan and the information set forth in the Loan Schedule, in a format reasonably acceptable to Buyer.

  • On the Notice Date, Seller or a Guarantor shall (i) request that Buyer enter into a Transaction by furnishing to Buyer and Custodian a Transaction Notice and Loan Schedule, (ii) deliver to Buyer a Computer Medium for the related Purchased Assets and (iii) deliver to Custodian the Loan File or Wet Funding Package for each Loan subject to such Transaction.

  • On or before the second Business Day prior to each Repurchase Date, or any other time at Buyer’s request, a Computer Medium (or any other electronic transmission acceptable to Buyer) in a format acceptable to Buyer containing such information with respect to the Purchased Assets as Buyer may reasonably request upon reasonable prior notice.
