Comptroller of Customs definition

Comptroller of Customs means the Comptroller of Customs appointed pursuant to the Customs Act 1913 or any Act passed in substitution for that Act;
Comptroller of Customs or “Comptroller” means the Comptroller of Customs appointed by the Governor-General under the Customs Regulation Act;
