Compression Equipment definition

Compression Equipment means natural gas compressor units, together with any tangible components thereof, all related appliances, parts, accessories, appurtenances, accessions, additions, improvements and replacements thereto, all other equipment or components of any nature from time to time incorporated or installed therein and all substitutions for any of the foregoing.

  • Ad valorem taxes relating to the EES Leasing Compression Equipment for the 2008 year shall be prorated on a daily basis between EXLP Leasing on the one hand and EES Leasing on the other hand, with EES Leasing responsible for the prorated portion of such taxes for the period up to and including the Closing Date and EXLP Leasing responsible for the prorated portion of such taxes after the Closing Date.

  • Ad valorem taxes relating to the ownership of Compression Equipment transferred pursuant to Section 4.1 shall be prorated on a daily basis between the Exterran Entities and the Partnership Group with the Exterran Entities and the Partnership Group responsible for the prorated portion of such taxes for the period of their respective ownership of such transferred Compression Equipment.

  • The Parties desire to amend the Omnibus Agreement to evidence their agreement to modify the fixed margin percentage set forth on Schedule 1.1 to the Omnibus Agreement relating to the maximum purchase price to be paid by any member of the Partnership Group for newly fabricated Compression Equipment from an Affiliate of Exterran (other than any member of the Partnership Group).

  • Production equipment (1 7 9) means tooling, templates, jigs, mandrels, moulds, dies, fixtures, alignment mechanisms, test equipment, other machinery and components therefor, limited to those specially designed or modified for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Interconnection equipment means a group of components or an integrated system owned and operated by the interconnection customer that connects an electric generator with a local electric power system, as that term is defined in Section 3.1.6.2 of IEEE Standard 1547, or with the electric distribution system. Interconnection equipment is all interface equipment including switchgear, protective devices, inverters or other interface devices. Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • Transmission equipment means equipment that facilitates transmission for any FCC-licensed or authorized wireless communication service, including, but not limited to, radio transceivers, antennas, coaxial or fiber-optic cable, and regular and backup power supply. The term includes equipment associated with wireless communications services including, but not limited to, private, broadcast, and public safety services, as well as unlicensed wireless services and fixed wireless services such as microwave backhaul.

It does not include Fixed Improvements, or repair or maintenance of Operating Equipment or Fixed Improvements or displays or decorations that are of a seasonal or temporary promotional nature.

  • CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT means all appliances and equipment of whatsoever nature for the use in or for the execution, completion operation or maintenance of the work unless intended to form part of permanent work.

  • Leased Equipment means the computers, servers, machinery and equipment and other tangible personal property leased by Seller for use in the operation or conduct of the Business.

  • Capital Equipment means machinery and equipment purchased or leased, and used in this state by the purchaser or lessee primarily for manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining tangible personal property to be sold ultimately at retail if the machinery and equipment are essential to the integrated production process of manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining. Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • Existing Equipment means equipment, machines, devices or installations that are in operation prior to September 23, 1970.

  • Terminal Equipment means all telephone instruments, including pay telephone equipment, the common equipment of large and small key and PBX systems and other devices and apparatus, and associated wirings, which are intended to be connected electrically, acoustically or inductively to the telecommunication system of the telephone utility.

  • Fixed Equipment means any property affixed in any way to the Licensed Premises existing at the time Notice to Proceed is given, whose removal would damage the Licensed Premises.

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • Fixtures and Equipment means all of the furniture, fixtures, furnishings, machinery, automobiles, trucks, spare parts, supplies, equipment, tooling, molds, patterns, dies and other tangible personal property owned by the Company, wherever located and including any such Fixtures and Equipment in the possession of any supplier of the Company, including all warranty rights with respect thereto.

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;
