Comprehensive Proposal definition

Comprehensive Proposal means the Comprehensive Proposal for the Kosovo Status Settlement dated 26 March 2007.
Comprehensive Proposal means the proposal, including the technical, commercial & financial and tariff proposals submitted by the Bidder against RFP, and on which the determination of the Bidder to be designated by BPDB as the Project Sponsor shall be made.
