Comprehensive Library definition

Comprehensive Library means a library branch larger than 6000 sq. ft. which provides basic library needs, administration space for staff, programming space for programs during open hours, designated programming space for employment and library-related programs, enhanced g overnment i nformation s ervices, desirable and appropriate community agency partner programs as determined by the Middlesex County Library Board, and locked offices for program and service providers.
