Component Principal Balance definition

Component Principal Balance. As of any date of determination, either the PO-1 Component Principal Balance on such date or the PO-2 Component Principal Balance on such date as applicable.
Component Principal Balance. As of any Distribution Date, and with respect to any Component, other than any Notional Component, the initial Component Principal Balance thereof (as set forth, as applicable, in the definition of Component) (plus, in the case of any Accrual Component, any related Accrual Amount for each previous Distribution Date) less the sum of (x) all amounts distributed in reduction thereof on previous Distribution Dates pursuant to Section 4.01 and (y) the amount of all Realized Losses allocated thereto pursuant to Section 4.03(d).
Component Principal Balance. With respect to any date and any Principal Only Component, an amount equal to (i) the aggregate Net Deferred Interest allocated to the related Notional Amount Component pursuant to Section 4.03 on all prior Distribution Dates minus (ii) all amounts actually distributed as principal of such Principal Only Component and all Realized Losses applied in reduction of principal of such Principal Only Component on all prior Distribution Dates plus (iii) any increase in the Component Principal Balance of such Principal Only Component pursuant to Section 4.02 on all prior Distribution Dates due to the receipt of Subsequent Recoveries.

Component Principal Balance. As of any date of determination, either the Class A-X-2 PO-1 Component Principal Balance on such date or the Class A-X-2 PO-2 Component Principal Balance on such date, as applicable. The Class A-X-2 PO-1 Component and Class A-X-2 PO-2 Component will each have a Component Principal Balance (initially, zero) equal to (i) the aggregate Net Deferred Interest allocated to such Component prior to the date of determination pursuant to Section 4.04 minus (ii) all amounts actually distributed as principal of such Component and all Realized Losses applied in reduction of principal of such Component prior to such date of determination, plus, any increases in the Component Principal Balance of such Certificate pursuant to Section 4.02 due to the receipt of Subsequent Recoveries. For any Distribution Date, the reduction of the Component Principal Balance of any Component pursuant to the definition of "Realized Loss" shall be deemed effective prior to the determination and distribution of principal on such Component pursuant to the definition of "Mortgage Trust Certificate Distribution Amount" or "Certificate Trust Certificate Distribution Amount." Component Principal Balance means, for any Component on any date of determination, the outstanding principal amount of such Component. The initial Component Principal Balance for each Component will be specified in the Loan Agreement Supplement relating to such Component.

After the Cross-Over Date, the Component Principal Balance will also be reduced on each Determination Date by an amount equal to the product of the Component Loss Percentage for such Component and the excess, if any, of (i) the Class A Non-PO Principal Balance for such Determination Date without regard to this sentence over (ii) the difference between (A) the Adjusted Pool Amount for the preceding Distribution Date and (B) the Adjusted Pool Amount (PO Portion) for the preceding Distribution Date.
Component Principal Balance. For Components A-7-1, A-7-4 and A-7-6 of the Class A-7 Certificates, the applicable initial Component Principal Balance therefor set forth in the Preliminary Statement hereto, corresponding to the rights of such Component in payments of principal due to be passed through to the holders of the Class A-7 Certificates from principal payments on the Loans, as reduced from time to time by (x) distributions of principal to the holders of the Class A-7 Certificates in respect of such Component and (y) the portion of Realized Losses allocated to the Component Principal Balance in respect of such Component pursuant to the definition of "Realized Loss" with respect to a given Distribution Date. For any Distribution Date, the reduction of the Component Principal Balance of any Component pursuant to the definition of "Realized Loss" shall be deemed effective prior to the determination and distribution of principal on such Component pursuant to the definition of "Certificate Distribution Amount." Notwithstanding the foregoing, any amounts distributed in respect of losses pursuant to paragraphs (I)(a)(v) or (I)(a)(vi) of the definition of "Certificate Distribution Amount" shall not cause a further reduction in the Component A-7-6
Component Principal Balance. As of any Distribution Date, each Principal and Interest Component will have a Component Principal Balance equal to (i) the aggregate Net Deferred Interest allocated to such Component prior to that Distribution Date pursuant to Section 4.03 minus (ii) all amounts actually distributed as principal of such Component and all Realized Losses applied in reduction of principal of such Component on all prior Distribution Dates plus (iii) any increase in the Component Principal Balance of such Component pursuant to Section 4.02 due to the receipt of Subsequent Recoveries. As of the Closing Date, the Component Principal Balance of each Principal and Interest Component will equal $0. Component Rate: Not applicable.
