Component H definition

Component H means, collectively, “Component A-H”, “Component B-H”, each as defined in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.
Component H means one of the twenty-nine components of the Class A-X Certificates having a Component Notional Amount equal to the then current Lower-Tier Principal Amount of the Class LH Uncertificated Interest as of any date of determination.

  • Component System means, as of its relevant License Effective Date, each Listed System and each Support Function that is part of the Licensed System and, subsequent to a relevant License Effective Date, such Listed Systems and Support Functions as they may be changed as provided in subsection (b) of the definition of Licensed System.
