Component A-2 definition

Component A-2. 2 shall mean one of the 45 components of the Class A-X Certificates and one of the 32 components of the Class A-SP Certificates having a Component Notional Amount equal to the then current Lower-Tier Principal Amount of the Class LA-2-2 Uncertificated Interest as of any date of determination.
Component A-2 means the component of the Loan designated as “A-2” in Section 2.1.6 hereof.
Component A-2. ("757 Third Avenue Loan Component No. 2"), respectively, in txx xxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxnt. The 757 Third Avenue Non-Trust Mortgage Loans consist of: (i) one mortxxxx xxxx (xxx "757 Third Avenue Note B1 Non-Trust Mortgage Loan") that has an unpaid principal balance as of the Cut-off Date of $35,000,000, is evidenced by a Mortgage Note designated as Note B1 and is, as of the Closing Date, held by Metropolitan Life Insurance Company; and (ii) one mortgage loan (the "757 Third Avenue Note B2 Non-Trust Mortgage Loan") that has an unpaid principal balance as of the Cut-off Date of $25,000,000, is evidenced by a Mortgage Note designated as Note B2 and is, as of the Closing Date, held by Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. The 757 Third Avenue Trust Mortgage Loan and the 757 Third Avenue Non-Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xoans collectively constitute xxx "000 Xxxxx Xvenue Loan Group". The relative rights of the respective lenders in respect of the 757 Third Avenue Loan Group are set forth in a co-lender agreement xxxxx xx xx Xxxober 21, 2004 (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the "757 Third Avenue Co-Lender Agreement"), among the holder of the Mortgage Note for the 757 Third Avenue Trust Mortgage Loan and the respective holders of xxx Xxxxxxxx Xxtes for the 757 Third Avenue Non-Trust Mortgage Loans. From and after the Closxxx Xxxx, xxx xxtire 757 Third Avenue Loan Group is to be serviced and administered in xxxxxxxxxx xxxx this Agreement.

Examples of Component A-2 in a sentence

  • At Lender’s election, and in Lender’s sole discretion, to the extent the Delayed Advance has been made, the outstanding principal balance of Note Component A-2 may be reallocated to Note B, such that the outstanding principal balance of Note B shall be increased by the then-outstanding principal balance of Note Component A-2, and Note Component A-2 shall be reduced to zero.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the entirety of the Indebtedness evidenced by Note Component A-2 and Note B shall be secured by each of (i) the mortgages recorded by Lender against the Initial Properties and (ii) the second lien mortgages recorded by Lender against the Secondary Properties.

  • For the purpose of computing interest payable from time to time on the principal amount of the Loan and certain other computations set forth herein, the principal balance of Note A shall be divided into Component A-1 and Component A-2 and the principal balance of Note B shall be divided into Component X-0, Xxxxxxxxx X-0, Component B-3 and Component B-4.

  • REMIC I Regular Interest UBSW-1 will relate to that portion of the UBS Warburg Building Mortgage Loan that consists of "Component A-1" of the related Mortgage Note (as "Component A-1" is defined therein), and REMIC I Regular Interest UBSW-2 will relate to that portion of the UBS Warburg Building Mortgage Loan that consists of "Component A-2" of the related Mortgage Note (as "Component A-2" is defined therein).


More Definitions of Component A-2

Component A-2 means that certain Component of the Note having the original principal amount set forth in Section 2.1.4.

Component A-2 means the portion of the Interest Only Certificates representing the part of the entitlement of such Certificate to interest at the Component A-2 Rate applied to the Component A-2 Notional Amount as further set forth herein and in the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
Component A-2. One of twenty components of the Class A-X Certificates having a Component Notional Amount equal to the then current REMIC I Principal Amount of the Class LA-2 Uncertificated Interest as of any date of determination.
Component A-2 has the meaning given in the Trust Agreement.

  • Class C Component The Component having such designation.

  • Component Principal Balance As of any date of determination, either the PO-1 Component Principal Balance on such date or the PO-2 Component Principal Balance on such date as applicable.

  • Class A-2 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class A-4 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Component Balance With respect to any Component and any Distribution Date, the Initial Component Balance thereof on the Closing Date, (A) plus any increase in the Component Balance of such Component pursuant to Section 4.02 due to the receipt of Subsequent Recoveries, (B) minus the sum of all amounts applied in reduction of the principal balance of such Component and Realized Losses allocated thereto on previous Distribution Dates.
