Complication of Pregnancy means a condition whose diagnosis is distinct from pregnancy but is adversely affected or caused by pregnancy.

  • This Agreement and the documents and agreements contemplated hereby and thereby embody the complete agreement and understanding among the parties and supersede and preempt any prior understandings, agreements or representations by or among the parties or their representatives, written or oral, that may have related to the subject matter hereof in any way.
