An ectopic pregnancy which is terminated is also considered a Complication of Pregnancy.
Coverage provided under this section is available until the latest of the following dates: The 120th day following the date the contract was terminated between the Provider and SHL; or If the medical condition is Complication of Pregnancy, the 45th day after the date of delivery or if the pregnancy does not end in delivery the date of the end of the pregnancy.
Medical Services related to the Insured's labor and delivery, by cesarean section or vaginal delivery, will not be covered although labor and delivery may result in successful treatment of the Complication of Pregnancy.

This Agreement and the documents and agreements contemplated hereby and thereby embody the complete agreement and understanding among the parties and supersede and preempt any prior understandings, agreements or representations by or among the parties or their representatives, written or oral, that may have related to the subject matter hereof in any way.
