Compliance with Rules. Vendor will obtain any and all permits or authorizations necessary to perform Services to United under this Agreement. Vendor's use of the Airport is subject to any rules and regulations of the Airport Authority. Vendor will observe and obey all such rules and regulations and any other laws, ordinances, statutes and orders of any governmental authority exercising jurisdiction at the Airport or over Vendor's conduct of its security business.
