Compliance Training definition

Compliance Training means a two (2) day certification class designed to support an exam taught by authorized providers on operating and managing Projects in conformance with the requirements ofI.R.C. § 42, Reg. 1.42-5, the QAP and the LURA. Approved Compliance Training providers are: ADOH, Costello Compliance, E&A Team, Zeffert and Associates, THEOPRO, Quadel, Elizabeth Moreland, National American Indian Housing Council (“NAIHC”), Novogradac, NCHM and Spectrum. ADOH programs must be specifically designated as a valid Compliance Training program that meets the requirements of the QAP.

Examples of Compliance Training in a sentence

  • The compliance overview held at any LIHTC Application workshop is not sufficient to meet Compliance Training requirements.

  • If the Company has Covered Employees, the Compliance Plan shall include a Compliance Training Program to provide periodic training to those Covered Employees on complying with the Political Record-keeping Statute and Rule.

Compliance Training has the meaning given to it in Section 4.3.
Compliance Training means the training developed by the Director, Compliance and updated as required which will be used to ensure that all directors, officers, employees, consultants, contractors and agents of ENMAX Power are familiar with the provisions of the Code and this Plan. At a minimum, the training will include instructions on:  impartial application of each Utility tariff equal access to Utility Services avoiding undue influence of customers with respect to Affiliates ensuring Affiliate’s compliance with the Code appropriate use of the ENMAX name, logo, or other distinguishing characteristics confidentiality of Utility information treatment of Confidential Information related to customers process for forwarding disputes, complaints or inquiries to the Director, Compliance

Compliance Training has the meaning given to it in Section 4.3. “Confidential Information” means any scientific, technical, formulation, process, manufacturing, clinical, non-clinical, regulatory, marketing, financial or commercial information or data relating to the business, projects, employees (including name, address and phone number, unless such employee is converted pursuant to Article 10) or products of either Party and provided by one Party to the other by written, oral, electronic or other means in connection with this Agreement. “Contract Year” means the first twelve (12) month period commencing on the Detail Commencement Date and each of the four following twelve (12) month periods commencing on the anniversary of the Detail Commencement Date. “CSO” means any contract sales organization retained by Impax to provide Services. “Deployment” means the date the Sales Force commences Calls in relation to the Shire Product. “Detail” means either a Primary Position Detail or a Secondary Position Detail. “Detail Commencement Date” has the meaning given to it in Section 4.2. “Effective Date” means the date of this Agreement. “ERISA” means the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974. “Extension Period” has the meaning given to it in Schedule 3. “FDA” means Food and Drug Administration of the United States of America and any successor thereto. “Fees” means the fees to be paid by Shire to Impax each Quarter for the performance of the Services as set out in Schedule 5. “Force Majeure” means any circumstances reasonably beyond a Party’s control, including, without limitation, acts of God, civil disorders or commotions, acts of aggression, fire, explosions, floods, drought, war, sabotage, embargo, unexpected safety or efficacy results obtained with the Shire Product, utility failures, supplier failures, material shortages, labor disturbances, a national health emergency, or appropriations of property. “GAAP” means U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, consistently applied.
Compliance Training means the compliance training required of Marketer and its employees and Marketer’s Distributors, Mission Critical Third Parties and their employees by CBKC from time to time regarding BSA, data security, identity theft prevention, suspicious activity monitoring, and such other functions related to the Programs as CBKC may require from time to time as communicated by CBKC to Marketer.

Related to Compliance Training

  • Compliance Review means an inspection of the home, grounds, and files to determine compliance with these regulations.

  • Compliance Audit means the procedure (in a form advised by the GLA from time to time) by which an auditor independent of the Grant Recipient certifies (at the Grant Recipient's cost) whether the Named Projects developed or Rehabilitated pursuant to this Agreement satisfy the GLA's procedural compliance requirements (as described in the Affordable Housing Capital Funding Guide);

  • Compliance Report means, as applicable in relation to the test being conducted, a report containing the results of the Compliance Tests carried out by State Street.

  • Transition training means written and verbal instructions

  • Compliance Order means an order issued by the Code Enforcement Officer pursuant to subdivision (a) of section 15 of this local law.

  • Compliance Program means the program established by CNYCC to prevent, detect, and address compliance issues that arise with respect to PPS operations, projects or activities.

  • Compliance Officer means Company Secretary or such other senior officer, who is financially literate and is capable of appreciating requirements for legal and regulatory compliance under these regulations designated so and reporting to the Board of Directors and who shall be responsible for compliance of policies, procedures, maintenance of records, monitoring adherence to the rules for the preservation of unpublished price sensitive information, monitoring of trades and the implementation of the codes specified in these regulations under the overall supervision of the Board of Directors of the Company.

  • New jobs training program or “program” means the project or projects established by a community college for the creation of jobs by providing education and training of workers for new jobs for new or expanding industry in the merged area served by the community college. The proceeds of the certificates, as authorized by the Act, shall be used only to fund program services related to training programs made necessary by the creation of new jobs.

  • Compliance Costs means all expenses, commitments or obligations in excess of one million dollars ($1,000,000) incurred by Carrier or required to be incurred by Carrier to comply with a Change in Law, irrespective of whether such expenses, commitments or obligations are to be incurred as a one-time expenditure or periodically for an extended period.

  • Trading Compliance Policy means the written policy of the Company pertaining to the purchase, sale, transfer or other disposition of the Company’s equity securities by Directors, Officers, Employees or other service providers who may possess material, nonpublic information regarding the Company or its securities.

  • Compliance Statement is that certain statement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • Compliance year means the calendar year beginning with June 1 and ending with May 31 of the following year, for which a Retail Electricity Supplier must demonstrate that it has met the requirements of this Regulation.

  • Covenant Compliance Worksheet means a fully completed worksheet in the form of Attachment A to Exhibit C.

  • Parent counseling and training means assisting parents in understanding the special needs of their child and providing parents with information about child development, and helping parents to acquire the necessary skills that will allow them to support the implementation of their child's IEP.
